1. General Provisions This agreement is a legal contract between the User and IE Artur Zalialutdinov (hereinafter — "the Seller"), ID: 345814899. By purchasing any digital product (Tilda/Framer templates) from StudioneDesign, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & License
  • All templates, designs, and code are the intellectual property of the Seller.
  • Upon purchase, the User is granted a Single-Use Commercial License. You may use the template for one (1) project only.
  • Prohibited actions: reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the templates in their original or modified form.
3. Payment and Pricing
  • All transactions are processed in Georgian Lari (GEL).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already paid.
  • The Seller is not responsible for any additional bank commissions or currency conversion fees.

4. Limitation of Liability The Seller is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the templates. We do not guarantee that the templates will meet all your specific business requirements without further customization.

5. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
